Spanish in Uruguay is joining a group of people around Uruguay to offer a wide variety of services for foreing visitors.

Many students come to Uruguay in the vibe of exploring a not very well known territory and to try experiences they have heard from friends or read on wikipedia. But almost everyone wants to rely on someone to ask for advice and recommedations before or while visiting a place, so these are a few of my personal suggestions:

La Cruz del Sur Hostel and Gitanos Hostel are great places if you are looking for simple but comfortable accomodation near the beach.

Caballos de Luz is a lovely place up on the hills by Rocha city where you can enjoy relaxing walks, horseback riding and of course stay overnight with great vegetarian food and incredible views.

If you are looking for ecotours, kayaking and exciting rides around coastal lagoons and sand dunes you should check Discover Rocha

If you are thinking on investments or any real estate business, ForSale has a wide variety of options around the area including La Paloma, La Aguada and La Pedrera.

For those on the rural activities let me recommend you Nuevo Agro with farms and estancias for sale as well as cattle business management around the East of Uruguay.
